The cost for a solar site assessment varies by site, building and classification: residential, commercial, multi-family, non-profit, school, church or government. Classifications as well as square footage of a facility are factors in cost.
A single family home generally costs $300 for a site assessment and energy audit of which Focus On Energy provides a $100.00 incentive to reduce the upfront cost . You can apply for a Cash Back Reward online.
A non-residential site assessment varies from $400 to $600 and again Focus on Energy provides the customer if qualified for a $100.00 incentive off the cost of assessments.
Site assessments are performed on an appointment basis and take between 2 and 3 hours to perform. Please call to set up an appointment or to ask any questions you may have.

PV system design services and installation are most often performed after a site assessment has been completed and costs incurred for estimates or bids, if any, vary. If you have had a site assessment performed there is no charge for a bid or estimate for installation. We determine pricing on a case-by-case basis if a site assessment has not been completed.
